Head of DevOps
Job description
A globally renowned organization is currently going through a large transformation with a focus on scaling up their Agile, Cloud and DevOps capabilities. To accomplish this, they are seeking an experienced Head of DevOps. In this role, you will be responsible in leading the technology teams and bringing a positive impact to the engineering culture and landscape across the organization.
Your Role
Work closely with local and international teams which include both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Lead the DevOps and DevSecOps teams
Ensure the availability, efficiency, security, reliability and performance of the enterprise systems and applications
Navigate through a complex environment and create a process of onboarding applications and systems to a hybrid cloud environment
Work closely with risk, governance and cyber security teams to ensure industry standards are met
Requirements
Experience in both DevOps and DevSecOps
Proven experience transforming an organization's DevOps culture
Leadership experience and have managed mid-large size teams
Deep understanding of SDLC
Experienced with implementing monitoring and observability tools for applications and systems
Strong knowledge of APIs, CI/CD and security tools
Salary: Up to $270,000 (Base)
