Head of Change Management

Job description

​An exciting role with one of the world's largest financial services organizations to maximize the impact of the products built out by their tech team through change management. 

Reporting into the head of portfolio management, the role will be responsible for designing and implementing the change and communications strategy.

The role will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, resource utilization management and developing a network of change agents in line with the business goals. 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Drive and implement the change management initiative across organizations technology vertical

  • Design and implement communication strategy that will drive the adoption of products and tools created by the team

  • Manage key business stakeholders to get their buy in and manage resistance to change

  • Identify resourcing needs as well as knowledge and skill gaps

  • Advise, assess and propose strategy changes related to resource allocation and placement of resources

  • Measure the success of the change management strategy and new ways of working

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with HR

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of change management experience in a regional role working with C-level stakeholders in a matrix organization within financial services

  • Experience with building out, driving and implementing the change management strategy 

  • Extensive experience working with tech teams and implementing communication strategies

  • Strong experience with building out recruitment strategies for tech 

  • Experience with managing large programmes end to end
