Delivery Manager – Front Office Trading Platform

Job description

We are partnering with a leading global financial institution on a major front-office technology transformation programme. They are building a next-generation trading platform to replace Murex across their capital markets business.
This is a multi-year, high-impact initiative at the heart of the bank’s trading operations, and they are hiring an experienced Delivery Manager to take end-to-end ownership of delivery across multiple workstreams.

📌 What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of front-office technology solutions in a complex, fast-paced trading environment

  • Collaborate closely with Front Office users — traders, sales, and structurers — across global markets

  • Drive planning, execution, and governance across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of a strategic platform replacement programme

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Programme Manager in capital markets technology

  • Deep understanding of front-office workflows in asset classes such as FX, Rates, Credit, or Commodities

  • Hands-on experience with Murex or similar trading platforms (e.g., Calypso, Summit, or in-house builds)

  • Strong background in leading large-scale platform replacements or modernisation initiatives
