Delivery Manager - Data & Analytics

Job description

An exciting opportunity to play in a critical role in the bank wide digital transformation for the one of the largest banks (1000+ branches) in South East Asia. 

There are multiple roles with responsibility for managing end to end technical delivery of projects in:

  • Master Data Management

  • Business Intelligence

  • Enterprise Data Platform

  • AI Projects

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of data and analytics projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Project Management: Develop, maintain, and report project schedules and budgets; manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with project managers, platform delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure integration with related projects.

  • Resource Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and utilisation of project team members.

  • Testing & Change Management: Manage testing phases (SIT/UAT), monitor defect resolution, and handle change impact analysis.

  • Vendor Management: Supervise vendors providing services within the project scope.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and project management standards.

 

Competencies Required

  • Working knowledge of of IT systems, configurations, SDLC, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

  • Demonstrable experience in Project Management, including Work Breakdown Structure, Risk Management, and Dependency Management.

  • Financial management skills for budgeting and cost control.

  • Client relationship management to align project expectations with business needs.

  • Evidence of good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Platform and Delivery Management, preferably in banking/financial institutions.

  • Preferred experience in PMI/PRINCE2 frameworks, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

  • Specialised knowledge in either of the following:

  • MDM (Informatica MDM)

  • BI (Power BI)

  • EDP (Azure Databricks, Data Factory, SQL Server, Data Lake, CI/CD, DevSecOps)

  • AI (Azure OpenAI, Data Science)

  • Project Management certification is a plus.

 

Salary: PHP 400K - 700K plus bonus depending on skills and experience (negotiable)
