A leading financial institution is expanding its newly launched AI Centre of Excellence and is looking for an AI Strategy Consultant to help shape and drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI and machine learning solutions.
This is a strategic, high-impact role at the forefront of innovation, ideal for professionals passionate about leveraging AI to transform business operations and deliver tangible value across a complex, regulated environment.
🔍 What You'll Do
Define and execute the bank’s AI strategy in alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements
Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and identify new use cases
Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to drive AI solution delivery
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products—from ideation to deployment and scaling
Ensure adherence to AI governance frameworks, risk controls, and compliance standards
Promote user adoption, manage change, and foster an AI-driven culture across the enterprise
✅ What We're Looking For
More than 5 years of experience in consulting or corporate strategy, ideally within financial services
Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to real-world business challenges
Demonstrated success leading technology transformation projects
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills
Familiarity with data governance, AI risk, and compliance frameworks
