VP – Business Risk Management
Job description
Reporting to the Head of Business Risk, we are hiring for an expansion headcount with an established private bank.
Job responsibilities
Act as the First Line of Defense (FLD) for business risk controls including investment suitability framework within the Front Office, Singapore.
Conduct pre-determined, systematic, and comprehensive risk-based monitoring and review of Front Office activities covering areas including suitability, cross border and KYC etc.
Participate in system and digitalization projects related to enhancing the control landscape.
Reviewing framework through continuous development of controls program, system update and policy enhancements.
Requirements
University graduate, with at least 7 years of experience in Private Banking / Asset Management business risk and controls.
Experience in dealing with regulatory compliance, audits, and remediation work especially in products and investor suitability.
Proficiency in MS Office. MS Power BI / Tableau, Avaloq knowledge and experience will be a plus.
