We’re partnering with a leading global bank expanding its Markets Technology function in Singapore. They’re looking for an experienced System Analyst / Technical Delivery Manager to play a key role in driving technology initiatives across front-to-back trading platforms.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team at the intersection of business and technology. They are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, visibility, and delivering real impact within financial markets.

What you’ll do

Lead and manage technology initiatives across trading, risk, and post-trade systems
Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Oversee system enhancements, change delivery, and end-to-end implementation
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders — clarity and communication are key
Act as a bridge between development, operations, and front-office users

What we’re looking for

8–15 years’ experience in technology roles within financial markets (banking or vendor side)
Strong background with trading platforms such as Murex or Calypso, or equivalent front-to-back systems
Proven ability to drive initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident engaging senior business partners
Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in system analysis or delivery management
