Technical Delivery Manager
Job description
An exciting opportunity has opned up with global software company that provides enterprise software and systems to companies in several industries. They are currently seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Manager. In this role, you will focus on delivering their widely used AML solutions to their clients.
Your Role
Aligning IT strategy with customer experience and ensuring successful delivery of client's requirements and implementations
Overseeing application design and development and managing technical teams
Ensuring code quality and security, delivering projects on time and within budget
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, serving as a technical point of contact for clients, recruiting and training team members
Enforcing quality standards, building efficiencies and best practices, collaborating on product features, and supporting sales and pre-sales efforts.
Key Skills
Experienced working in a vendor, service integrator or product company
Prior experience managing technical teams
Strong technical background with the ability to be hands-on and able to bridge the gap between functional and non-functional teams
Proven experience in delivering enterprise software/systems to clients in the BFSI industry
Banking and financial services background
Knowledge with financial crime, AML, KYC, etc. products (advantageous)
Salary: Up to $190k Base (Negotiable)
