Senior Infrastructure Monitoring Lead
Job description
An excellent opportunity within a leading bank for a someone to wear a "transformative" hat within the monitoring space, covering both infrastructure and running applications. This is a role that will allow someone to generate new ideas, monitoring tools and technologies, that will make up the future road map of the tech landscape. This is an exciting role that pays at market range.
Your Role
Play a key role in leading IT Infrastructure Monitoring projects aimed at improving resiliency and reliability throughout the organisation.
Work closely with various teams in Infrastructure, Applications and Production Support to identify pain points and craft solutions.
Implement essential tools for operational resilience and monitoring, and provide updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in Infrastructure monitoring and service reliability in a large scale enterprise environment
Experience working with Infrastructure monitoring tools such as Splunk, Genoeos or Grafana
Experience in Infrastructure as a Code and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
A strong foundation in Infrastructure concepts covering servers, virtualization, networking, etc.
Salary - $240k (Negotiable)
