Senior DevOps Engineer
Job description
A globally organization in the retail and hospitality industry is currently going through a large transformation with a focus on scaling up their Agile, Cloud and DevOps capabilities. To help drive this project forward, they are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps engineer.
Your Role
Align developer experience, infrastructure, and technology operations to facilitate efficient software development and delivery of solutions
Oversee the technology infrastructure, managing tasks like security, administration, troubleshooting, and automation to ensure efficient operations and security analysis.
Drive deployment and support for both cloud and on-premises infrastructure, utilizing automation through infrastructure as code to ensure the reliability and efficiency of enterprise systems, meeting business and IT project requirements.
Work closely with other teams to align strategy, architecture, auditing, compliance and security initiatives.
Requirements
Experienced with both DevOps and DevSecOps
Working experience with Public Cloud (AWS/Azure)
Deep knowledge of security tools and best practices
Experienced with software development and ideally programming languages
Experienced with IaC, containerization/orchestration and monitoring tools
