Our client, a leading bank in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer / Architect / Consultant to lead mission-critical data integration and master data management (MDM) initiatives using Informatica. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering robust, scalable data solutions across a complex banking ecosystem.

The position is based in Manila and open to foreign candidates, with relocation support provided.

🔧 What You'll Work On

Design, develop, and optimise ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
Lead the implementation of Informatica MDM for core data domains (Customer, Product, Account).
Define and manage data quality, matching, and survivorship rules.
Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant data architectures.
Ensure all data initiatives meet governance and regulatory standards.

✅ What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in data engineering or integration roles.
Hands-on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter, MDM, and IDQ.
Experience with MDM principles: golden records, data matching, merging logic.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Banking/financial services experience is highly preferred.
Exposure to cloud platforms and Databricks is a plus.
