Senior Claims Consultant (Health)
Job description
A forward-thinking Health-tech digital solutions Firm is seeking a Strategic Senior Claims(Health) Consultant to join its Health Claims & Benefits product Team. In this role, you will contribute to the strategy and re-imagining of the entire end-to-end business of health claims processes by utilizing your knowledge in the healthcare domain, claims processing, business operations, and related fields.
Your Role
Actively engage and build relationships with the end customers.
Understand their pain points, workflows, and processes.
Design and develop a product/digital solution that adds value, and solves problems effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in claims business and product in the health insurance industry
Expertise managing and implementing claims process improvements, enhancements workflows, automation and projects
Knowledge of industry guidelines and regulatory guidelines related to health claims processing and clinical coding ICD-10, CPT, Table of surgical Procedures
An out-going personality, excellent client-relationship skills, and senior stakeholder management experience
