A leading consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in providing strategic solutions to empower businesses through digital transformation, operating model enhancements, and regulatory compliance. As they continue to expand their footprint in the region, they are actively seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join their leadership team.

As a highly skilled and visionary Partners/Director, you will bring expertise in digital transformation, operating model transformation, and regulatory transformation. You will play a crucial role in leading and driving strategic initiatives for the firm's clients, contributing to their growth and success.

Your Role:
  • Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives for clients across various industries.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance digital capabilities, customer experience, and overall business agility.

  • Collaborate with clients to assess and optimize their operating models for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implement transformative changes to align operational processes with strategic objectives.

  • Stay abreast of regulatory landscape changes impacting our clients' industries.

  • Provide strategic guidance and solutions to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored consulting solutions.

  • Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice through business development efforts.

  • Identify new opportunities, participate in proposal development, and lead client presentations.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects for clients in Saudi Arabia.

  • Strong understanding of the local business landscape and regulatory environment.

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant consulting experience, with a focus on digital transformation, operating model transformation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Salary - SAR 1.2 mil (Negotiable)
