Lead Software Engineer
Job description
An international investment bank has opened up an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Software Engineer. In this role, you will oversee a team of engineers, redesigning software solutions/systems and migration projects.
Your Role
Work closely with global cross-functional teams in agile, DevOps-focused environments
Manage end-to-end application lifecycle, including design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring
Oversee recruitment, manage and build a high-performing software engineering team
Play a key role in planning, feature refinement, and close coordination with product owners, management and architects
Collaborate with System Architects to design software solutions aligned with Julius Baer's architecture
Requirements
Experienced in front-end development (Angular preferred, react can be considered)
Experienced in back-end development (.NET Core and framework)
Able to deliver solution architecture for applications and systems
Hands-on technologist with experience managing a team
Good understanding of DevOps
Salary - $160k (Negotiable)
