Lead Business Analyst (SVP) - Unsecured Loans/Credit Cards
Job description
A leading Global Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Head Business Analyst for their Credit Card/Unsecured loan products across the APAC Region.
Your Role:
Translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation
Design end-to-end business processes, customer journeys, communicate and clarify requirements with developers.
Launch new products, and enhancements, manage end-to-end lifecycle, servicing, and the different touch points of digital/data platforms
To be successful:
15+ years of experience preferably from Retail Banking
Deep domain knowledge in cards and unsecured lending is a must
Ability to work and handle multiple projects, front-facing business units and tech units
Experience in large-scale acquisition, migration, or digital transformation projects is a plus
Salary $250k-280K (Negotiable)
