Lead Business Analyst (Payments)
Job description
A leading global financial services technology provider is seeking an experienced business analyst to join their payments team. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team delivering outstanding services and solutions across clients in banking and financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
Work with commercial teams/product owners on eliciting, analyzing and prioritizing requirements.
Active collaboration with scrum and development teams on sprint planning, writing user stories and effectively translate requirements to functional specifications.
Drive technical solutioning and work alongside project teams to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
Perform training workshops to stakeholders, conduct testing as necessary.
Requirements:
Deep expertise in technical real time payments and payments platforms, software.
Knowledgeable in SWIFT, NPP, RTGS, ISO20022, SWIFT MT/MX.
Knowledgeable in project management tools i.e., JIRA, Confluence.
Experience in end-to-end waterfall/agile implementation and project lifecycle management.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
Background in consulting or professional services is advantageous.
