My client, a well-established financial institution in the Philippines with development plans is looking for an IT service delivery leader.
The service delivery lead will be responsible of planning, delivering, and releasing technological services, as well as providing operational support, for her/his chosen business sector in order to meet business and technology objectives. She/he works closely with the organization to establish and understand business strategy, goals, and the need to plan and implement business-related IT strategy and projects
We are searching for IT service delivery specialists with 10-15 years of expertise and familiarity in financial services applications and systems, strong process-driven leadership, good communication skills, and managerial abilities.
