Head of Product, CLM
Job description
A global financial instutition is seeking a Head of Product to uplift and transform their CLM roadmap. This roles comes with a highly strategic with clear vision, with mandates to build cutting-edge products that are are efficient and competitive in driving client relationships.
Responsibilities
Define and establish strategic roadmap and vision.
Drive 0-1 execution and ensuring quality enterprise environment for users
Translate high-level strategies into actionable solutions
Requirements
At least 10 years of banking product management experience and Corporate Banking SAS CLM
Deep expertise in Client Lifecycle Management systems, front-to-back capabilities, streamlining processes/best practices and governance framework
Knowledgeable in ongoing risk, regulatory and compliance initiatives. Strong understanding on how evolving technology enhancements shape customer experiences
Senior leadership experience including managing P&L, scorecards, product delivery lifecycle and leading global teams
Innovative, adaptable with effective senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Salary: Negotiable, Up to $300k base + variable
