Head of Credit Cards Technology & Operations

A prominent player in the banking industry is seeking a talent head of Credit Card Technology, This organisation offers a wide array of financial services. With a strong global presence spanning over numerous countries, they have built a legacy of integrity, innovation, and commitment over the past decades.

As the Head of Credit Card Technology, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology as a competitive advantage for the business growth and customer engagement strategies. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations of Personal Financial Services, encompassing Infrastructure, Applications, Architecture, Innovation & Solution Delivery Services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives and programs focused on enhancing Personal Financial Services, including unsecured loans, credit cards, and deposit products.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and shape technology solutions accordingly.

  • Drive change implementation planning and management, anticipating business challenges and aligning T&O initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Champion stakeholder alignment on T&O roadmaps and operating models, ensuring successful execution of strategic programs.

  • Foster sustainable improvements by measuring benefits and aligning T&O resources with high ROI initiatives.

Key Skills Required:
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of technology and operational processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

  • Proven track record in scoping and evaluating technology solutions.

  • Ability to navigate organizational ambiguity and diverse stakeholder views.

  • Strategic mindset with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
