A prominent player in the banking industry is seeking a talent head of Credit Card Technology, This organisation offers a wide array of financial services. With a strong global presence spanning over numerous countries, they have built a legacy of integrity, innovation, and commitment over the past decades.
As the Head of Credit Card Technology, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology as a competitive advantage for the business growth and customer engagement strategies. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations of Personal Financial Services, encompassing Infrastructure, Applications, Architecture, Innovation & Solution Delivery Services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives and programs focused on enhancing Personal Financial Services, including unsecured loans, credit cards, and deposit products.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and shape technology solutions accordingly.
Drive change implementation planning and management, anticipating business challenges and aligning T&O initiatives with organizational goals.
Champion stakeholder alignment on T&O roadmaps and operating models, ensuring successful execution of strategic programs.
Foster sustainable improvements by measuring benefits and aligning T&O resources with high ROI initiatives.
Key Skills Required:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of technology and operational processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Proven track record in scoping and evaluating technology solutions.
Ability to navigate organizational ambiguity and diverse stakeholder views.
Strategic mindset with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
