My client is one of the leading banks in Philippines that serves retail, commercial, corporate and institutional clients. With the fast changing competitive landscape and technology advancements, they have quickly adapted and is currently growing their engineering divisions.
Role
Lead technical strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Oversee design, development, and maintenance of shared services.
Manage vendor relationships and mitigate risks.
Drive continuous improvement in BAU processes and security
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within banking/financial services.
Strong technical background in software development, infrastructure design, and security.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation, delivering results, and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
