Business Analyst - Retail Wealth Channels
Job description
A fast-growing and dynamic retail bank is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their regional team to expand their digital and physical banking services across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving product requirements and end-to-end processes, shaping operational dynamics and processes across business and technology.
Job scope:
Gather and analyze high-level product vision and requirements, translating them into functional specifications and detailed user stories for developers.
Partner with technology and business teams on business process redesign, risk management, governance, operational readiness and planning activities.
Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize roadmaps and align communications to ensure timely delivery.
Actively participate in sprint planning between Product teams and members of the squads.
Assist with UAT preparation by defining test scope, drafting test cases in JIRA and ensuring full traceability.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Technology or Computer Science.
Strong domain expertise in digital banking, retail wealth services and product offerings.
Strategic stakeholder engagement, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter, meticulous and adaptable.
Experience in technical solutioning and agile project management.
