​Siew Ching began her career during the unique challenges of COVID-19, armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese (Sociology). With a rich background in education and recruitment, her excellent communication skills have helped her excel in recruitment, earning high praise for her consultancy expertise from candidates.

Her journey in recruitment began with a focus on Risk Management, eventually expanding into Compliance and Corporate Governance. Siew Ching's resilience in navigating the complex and ever-changing job market has sharpened her ability to fill specialised and challenging roles. Throughout her career, she has built solid and trust-based relationships with clients and candidates and is known for her commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Before stepping into the world of recruitment, Siew Ching was a dedicated Mathematics and Science teacher, a role that refined her analytical and communication abilities. These skills have been pivotal in her recruitment success, meeting the needs of clients and candidates alike.

Outside the office, Siew Ching is an adventurer at heart. She loves travelling to scenic natural spots, watching dramas, and engaging in sports. Her passion for hiking has led her to conquer numerous peaks. At the same time, her experience in cheerleading showcases her spirit of encouragement and support, whether at work or in her personal life.
