Polina joined the recruiting industry in 2019, in which she has covered the Data and Analytics roles in Singapore. After moving into the Fintech industry, she has specialised in: IT, Blockchain and Core Banking positions. She has acquired and maintained clients across Banking, FinTech, Edutech and other notable Technology companies. Polina’s main focus is on Mid-Senior lever acquisition across Software Engineering, Blockchain, and Smart Contract development for the APAC regions. She is passionate to match top-performing and rising professionals with the right career path for them in digital and finance industries.
