Luke Archer

Luke Archer is the visionary Co-Founder of TENTEN Partners, a leading executive search and talent advisory firm renowned for its expertise in technology and digital transformation across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.

Luke’s leadership journey began with an 11-year career in the Royal Navy, where he served in key operational roles worldwide—from the Middle East and Asia to the United States and the UK. At 28, he transitioned from the high-stakes world of naval operations to the dynamic field of executive recruitment, quickly establishing himself as a leader in technology hiring for the financial services sector.

In London, Luke led teams focused on recruiting top technology talent before joining Hudson Global Resources. Over seven years, he rose to become Managing Director, overseeing operations across London, the Home Counties, and the Middle East, and managing a team of over 250 professionals. His leadership was instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence.

Recognising the potential in Asia, Luke relocated to Singapore in 2010 to launch and lead McGregor Boyall’s first overseas operations in both Singapore and Dubai. Despite early challenges, his strategic vision and perseverance transformed the business into a regional powerhouse for technology recruitment within five years.

In 2016, Luke’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found TENTEN Partners alongside Esther Khor. United by a shared passion for innovation and client service, they have built TENTEN into a trusted brand across Singapore, Hong Kong (opened in 2019), and the Middle East (opened in 2023). Luke leads from the front, specialising in senior appointments within technology and transformation for financial services, insurance, and consulting clients, and is widely respected for his deep market insight and results-driven approach.

​Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his family and pets, exploring new destinations, and indulging his passion for cooking. A lifelong Chelsea supporter, he makes it a point to return to London at least once a year to catch a match.
