Laura Taylor
Partner - Head of Middle East
Laura has been recruiting senior technical professionals for 15 years placing candidates across four continents and in more than twenty countries and counting. After beginning her career in London covering the EMEA region, she moved to Singapore in 2014 to grow her presence across the rapidly developing APAC market.
In 2023 Laura continued her journey to the UAE where she relocated to set up TENTEN Partners Middle East business, following continued success in the region. From Dubai, Laura leverages her extensive global network to source senior executives who will help to launch new ventures, new products or to take companies on a significant transformation journey. She has particular expertise in supporting banks, financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds and others to create innovative talent solutions. Laura is acutely attuned to her client needs, ultimately matching them with talent that delivers the unique skills, knowhow and expertise to help both the UAE and the region at large achieve its digital, business and financial ambitions.
She has a deep passion for building relationships with people around the world and providing life-changing moves, not just in their career but often in new locations for them and their families.
Laura loves to stay active so outside of work you’re likely to find her involved in team sports where she can socialise while she exercises. She’s also always keen to keep her horizons broad, often planning trips to such exciting places as Jordan, Uganda or Kazakhstan. She brings back what she learns about different cultures to help her further support her client’s global ambitions.
