Esther is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TENTEN Partners, bringing over 25 years of international work experience across recruitment and technology sales. She began her career during the dot com era before moving into recruitment 15 years ago, where she has built a strong global network of senior leaders across financial services,insuranceand consulting.

She leads business development across Asia and is recognised for her transparent and consultative style. Esther builds long term partnerships with clients who value her insight,honestyand practical counsel, and who regard her as a trusted advisor.

Her focus is on senior executive search across technology, transformation, digital and AI, particularly within Financial Services,Consultingand large enterprises. She has delivered mandates for roles including:

Esther is deeply committed to developing her team, investing in their growth and capability while consistently upholding high professional standards for herself and those she leads.

Outside of work, Esther is an avid golfer and has trained andcompetedinHyrox. She also dedicates time to volunteering in support of women,childrenand families, and serves as a board member of Life Community Services, balancing these commitments alongside a demanding professional schedule.
