Enterprise Payments Program Manager

We are looking for an Enterprise Payments Program Manager with experience driving technical delivery and managing large-scale projects for multi-national clients.​This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a global institution driving innovation technology solutions across payments, e-commerce and capital markets.

Candidates with deep payments technology expertise and enjoys driving transformation initiatives will be a great fit for this role.

Requirements:

• Over 12 years of payments project implementation across banking and financial institutions

• Deep understanding of real-time payments infrastructure, systems and processes

• Experience driving large-scale programs and managing project teams of over 100

• Drive end-to-end agile delivery, define project roadmap and oversee program budgets, forecasts, resources and timelines

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting solutions and strategies to C-level stakeholders

• Effective account management and stakeholder engagement skills across functions, regional experience is a great advantage

• Experience integrating payments systems with innovative technologies or digital solutions will be a strong value-add

• Mandarin-speaking ability an advantage, but not mandatory
