Technology Manager - Core Banking (Flexcube)

Job description

​The Role

  • Lead the Flexcube Core Banking stream within a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme

  • Act as the senior point of contact for business and technology stakeholders across multiple markets

  • Drive architecture, solution design, and delivery for core banking modernisation initiatives

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to shape technology strategy and roadmap

  • Oversee end-to-end programme execution, bridging architecture and delivery leadership

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Oracle Flexcube core banking systems

  • Background as a Solutions Architect, Program Lead, or Senior Technology Manager

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale core banking transformation programmes

  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and operate at executive level

  • Experience working across multiple regions or complex banking environments
