Technical Delivery Manager
Job description
We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex, mission-critical technology infrastructure and cybersecurity programmes. This role is suited to a full-fledged project manager with proven ownership of scope, budget, resources, timelines and delivery governance across high-stakes technical environments including data center, network and cybersecurity projects. This is a permanent role based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure or cybersecurity projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Lead cross-functional technical teams and external vendors to deliver complex projects across areas such as data center infrastructure, network systems, security platforms, or other operationally critical environments.
Take full accountability and ensure delivery remains on track against cost, timeline, quality, and scope baselines, while proactively addressing deviations.
Drive governance, reporting, and change management; provide clear updates on financials, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee project closure activities, lessons learned, and continuous improvement to strengthen delivery quality across future technical programmes.
Requirements
Strong experience delivering large-scale, high-value technical projects, ideally in infrastructure, networking, data center, or cybersecurity environments.
Proven track record of full delivery of complex projects with ownership of budgets, forecasts, resource plans, supplier coordination, and overall delivery outcomes on multi-million-dollar programmes.
Good understanding of structured project controls, delivery governance, scheduling, and reporting, with experience using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or Confluence.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams in complex environments.
Formal project management certification preferred — PMBOK, PMP, Prince2 or equivalent
