Senior UI Engineer (React)

​We’re working with a global private bank who are building a modern digital advisory platform used across international markets. Originally launched in Asia, the platform is now expanding globally, creating exciting challenges around scalability and user experience.

This is a collaborative engineering team spread across Asia and Europe, working in an agile environment with fast release cycles and modern technologies.

The Role

• Build modern, responsive web applications using React and Next.js

• Develop scalable and reusable UI components with a strong focus on performance and code quality

• Work closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

• Contribute to front-end architecture, testing and engineering best practices

• Mentor junior engineers and support technical decision-making within the team

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript

• Solid understanding of modern front-end development principles and API integration

• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, CI/CD and containerisation is beneficial

• Strong communication skills and ability to work within globally distributed teams
