Senior SME - Core Banking (CASA)

Job description

​We are partnering with a leading global technology and digital transformation firmwith a strong track record in delivering large-scale financial IT solutions across Asia. As they continue to expand their footprint in the APAC region, they are looking for an experienced Senior SME (Core Banking – CASA) to support a major banking transformation program.
This role will play a critical part in driving governance, alignment, and execution across multiple workstreams within a complex transformation initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the planning and execution of core banking transformation initiatives, particularly within CASA and payments

  • Drive project governance, including tracking progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagements, including workshops and steering committee meetings with senior leadership

  • Oversee project documentation, ensuring clarity in scope, requirements, and key decisions

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business, technology, vendors) to ensure successful delivery

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within banking or financial services

  • Strong experience in core banking transformation, with focus on CASA and payments domain

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex transformation programs

  • Solid understanding of project governance frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior/CxO-level stakeholders
