Senior SME - Core Banking (CASA)
Job description
We are partnering with a leading global technology and digital transformation firmwith a strong track record in delivering large-scale financial IT solutions across Asia. As they continue to expand their footprint in the APAC region, they are looking for an experienced Senior SME (Core Banking – CASA) to support a major banking transformation program.
This role will play a critical part in driving governance, alignment, and execution across multiple workstreams within a complex transformation initiative.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the planning and execution of core banking transformation initiatives, particularly within CASA and payments
Drive project governance, including tracking progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Facilitate stakeholder engagements, including workshops and steering committee meetings with senior leadership
Oversee project documentation, ensuring clarity in scope, requirements, and key decisions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business, technology, vendors) to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within banking or financial services
Strong experience in core banking transformation, with focus on CASA and payments domain
Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex transformation programs
Solid understanding of project governance frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior/CxO-level stakeholders
