Senior Engineering Lead

Job description

​We are working with a leading bank seeking a Senior Engineering Leadt o own a large-scale wealth management platform used by millions of customers. This role suits a senior engineering leader who operates at architecture, platform, and strategy level, while staying close to modern full-stack engineering and guiding high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own engineering and architecture strategy for enterprise wealth management platforms

  • Lead and mentor multiple full-stack engineering squads.

  • Champion modern engineering practices including microservices, micro-frontends, CI/CD and DevOps

  • Partner with senior product and business stakeholders on long-term technology direction

Requirements

  • Deep background building and leading large-scale full-stack platforms

  • Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures

  • Proven experience leading senior engineers and influencing at leadership level

  • Commercial exposure to wealth management, investment products, or advisory platforms
