An exciting opportunity to join a global consulting firm as a Data & AI Partner play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking, insurance, wealth management, and capital markets across Asia Pacific.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven consulting executive with a proven track record of building and growing Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation practices within the Financial Services sector.
As a Partner, you will be responsible for originating and leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs, developing C-suite relationships, growing a high-performing team, and helping clients unlock measurable business value from data, AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive Revenue Growth & Market Leadership
Own and deliver significant annual revenue targets through the acquisition and expansion of Financial Services clients
Develop and execute growth strategies across banking, insurance, wealth management, and capital markets sectors
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CROs, and Heads of Business
Lead complex pursuits, proposals, and contract negotiations for large-scale transformation engagements
Identify emerging market opportunities and position the firm as a leader in Data & AI innovation.
Lead Transformational Client Engagements
Advise executive stakeholders on enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies
Shape and oversee delivery of large-scale initiatives including:
AI and Generative AI transformations
Data modernisation and cloud migrations
Enterprise data strategy and governance
Customer analytics and personalisation
Risk and regulatory analytics
Fraud detection and financial crime solutions
Advanced analytics and machine learning platforms
Intelligent automation and AI-powered operating models
Ensure successful outcomes that deliver measurable business and financial impact.
Build & Scale a High-Performing Practice
Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams of consultants, data scientists, architects, engineers, and AI specialists.
Recruit and develop top-tier Data & AI talent
Create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and commercial excellence
Develop strategic alliances with technology partners and ecosystem providers
Thought Leadership
Represent the firm at industry conferences, executive forums, and client events
Publish insights and contribute to market-leading perspectives on Data, AI, and Financial Services transformation.
Act as a recognised industry voice on emerging AI trends and business applications
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience15+ years of consulting and industry experience, with significant time spent serving Financial Services clients
Proven experience operating at Partner, Managing Director, Executive Director, or equivalent leadership level
Strong track record of generating and managing multi-million-dollar consulting revenues
Demonstrated success in selling and delivering large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation programs
Deep understanding of Financial Services industry challenges, operating models, regulations, and technology landscapes
Extensive network of senior executive relationships across the Financial Services sector
Data & AI Expertise
Strong experience across several of the following areas:
