Murex BA - Front Office Stream Lead

Job description

​The Role

  • Lead the Front Office (FO) stream within a large-scale Murex transformation program

  • Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technology teams

  • Drive functional design, requirements gathering, and delivery across FO trading workflows

  • Coach and mentor Business Analysts across the Murex platform

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • Strong functional experience across Murex Front Office modules

  • Proven experience as a Lead BA, Stream Lead, or SME within Murex programs

  • Background from a banking environment (not vendor/consulting-led profiles)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior BAs
