Infrastructure Engineer
Job description
We’re currently partnered with a globally recognised technology consultancy looking to hire an Infrastructure Engineer on a 1-year fixed term contract.
This role sits within a high-performing engineering team delivering large-scale cloud and platform transformation projects. The environment is highly collaborative and engineering-led, making it well suited to someone who enjoys modern infrastructure practices, automation and working closely with development teams.
The Role
Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure environments
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation across engineering teams
Work closely with developers, QA and platform teams to improve scalability, reliability and delivery processes
Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and cloud best practices
Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise cloud environments and deployment workflows
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS or GCP preferred)
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and modern DevOps practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work within collaborative project teams
Nice to Have
Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes or Docker
Exposure to monitoring and observability tools
Previous consulting or large-scale project delivery experience
Other Informaton
Salaries negotiable up to $160,000
