Full Stack Engineer

Job description

​We currently partnered with a globally recognised technology consultancy looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer on a 1-year fixed term contract (FTC).
This role would suit someone who enjoys working across both frontend and backend development within modern Agile engineering environments. You'll be embedded within cross-functional delivery teams, helping design, build and deliver scalable applications on large-scale digital transformation projects.

The Role
  • Design, develop and maintain full stack applications across frontend and backend systems

  • Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks

  • Develop scalable APIs, microservices and backend services

  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and fellow engineers to deliver new features and enhancements

  • Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code following engineering best practices

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering

  • Strong backend development experience with Java, C#/.NET or Node.js

  • Strong frontend development experience with React, Angular or Next.js

  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

  • Familiarity with modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD and automated testing

  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within collaborative engineering teams


Other Information
  • Salaries negotiable up to SG$160,000

  • Flexibility of a one-year contract (FTC) with high chance of renewal
